It was established in 1992 and has five branches located in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Seville and Valencia. The company's products include renting, fleet management, and sales and lease back. It also offers companies a full, comprehensive range of services to manage vehicle fleet. These include Renting Services, Fuel Card, RentService, Quality Commitment, Infofleet, and VIP Card. The company's objective is to offer its clients the best renting service on the market, through an on-going commitment with technology in order to improve the productivity of its vehicles; achieve optimum costs in fleet management; and develop a fleet management system that will aid decision-making. The company is a hundred percent subsidiary of ALD International, a French based company incorporated in January 1998, which is engaged in the management activities of a holding company.
